| Introduction | RNA is a challenging analyte which requires researchers to take special care at every step of the workflow not introduce any bias and obtain accurate results. This seminar will guide through the different workflow steps from sample collection, disruption, isolation of RNA to analysis. A special focus will be given to the considerations for Next-Generation Sequencing as an analysis method. Experiment workflows and their respective bottlenecks for different types of RNA incl. miRNA, mRNA and lncRNA will be discussed. |
